These terms set out the deal between you and GroGoliath when you use our software and website. We've kept them short and readable - please give them a look before you sign up.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and GroGoliath, Inc. ("GroGoliath," "we," or "us") covering your use of our website, web application, and related services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Services for an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf.
GroGoliath is programmatic SEO software that generates and publishes pages to the websites you connect. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your business. We may add, change, or remove features over time to keep improving the product.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, keep it up to date, and let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
You keep ownership of the content and inputs you provide, and of the pages we generate for you. You grant GroGoliath the limited license needed to host, process, and publish that content to the sites you connect. You're responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to use it, and for the platforms you authorize us to connect on your behalf.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We'll give reasonable notice before any change to pricing.
The Services, including our software, branding, and content we create (excluding your content), are owned by GroGoliath and protected by law. These Terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the limited license to use the Services described above.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroGoliath won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, though any terms meant to survive - such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits - will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and provide reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions? We're happy to help.
